As part of your enrolment, you will need to include the Dallarnil SS media consent form.

If your child has a routine medication requirement, please also complete the Routine medication record sheet.

Our school has strong community support through our active P&C Association. If you would like to be a member of this vibrant organisation, please complete the Dallarnil SS P&C Assn membership form.
